METRO SHAKEDOWN CRUISE 2009

This years first cruise went off without a hitch! 
We're getting use to the weather not being our friend for this event and this time was no exception with a heavy rain storm late Friday night.
We had 24 boats stop over this year and your M.R.Y.C. event planners couldn't have been more excited.
Friday nights dinner of pizza and member's "dish to pass" went well and all where full by the end of the night.
Saturday mornings breakfast with the club's famous Captain Morgan pancakes are always a hit.
Rain Saturday afternoon preempted our planned games but people found ways to keep themselves busy by playing cards, just getting together and talking about the past winter.
Saturday's dinner was something new with pulled pork sandwiches, grilled chicken and hotdogs for the kids. (some adults too) 
Sunday morning hot coffee and doughnuts awaited us before we all packed up for they long cruise home.
Hope all had fun and I will see you out on the water later this year.
