St. Clair Cruise
2010
| Over the weekend of June 18, twenty seven boats (and a couple of families came by car) participated
in a cruise to St Clair. The cruise was hosted by Jim and Jana Avenius and Brad Byrnes and
Mallory Breuer. Friday night, the hosts put on a taco and nacho buffet wth all the fixin's. We aren't sure who had the most tacos. Saturday after Murphy's catered hot breakfast sandwiches, fruit and coffee everyone selected their favorite way to spend the day; including golf, shopping in town, swimming at the public pool, taking a dinghy ride on the river, or just a relaxing day in a comfortable chair under a shade tree. MacRay Yacht Club July 2010 Volume 10, Issue Page 2 Saturday night, Murphy's catered dinner, consisting of lemon chicken, pasta, red skin potatoes, green beans, salads, fruit, rolls and dessert. Everything was delicious. Sunday morning after a continental breakfast, everyone started making their way home on calm water with clear skies. |
